I like to do exercise, or at least I think I do. But sometimes it is very difficult to feel motivated or to have the guidance for getting the best results. I really don't like going to the gym, I feel it is very impersonal.
Sometimes I feel tempted to buy a home gym, but once again, I feel the situation cold, and still, no one is guiding you.
So I searched alternatives near my area, and found out about boot camps near irving tx. I gave it a try, it was fun and I lost weight. I feel more empowered now.
If you are someone that is trying to lose weight, but hasn't, don't stop. If you are not a gym person, try opting for boot camps. They are not expensive, you will see results, it is fun, and you will meet new people.
